Did not Christ have to suffer thus before entering upon his glory?

(Luke 24:26)

It was only

after Christ' suffering

and death,

after the Apostles'

anguished experience

of persecution

that Christian communities

began to sprout up.

Is this then

the law of Christian communities:

they are born out of pain,

they develop

out of suffering?
