Man is God's
most precious thought.
This is one of the truths
the sacraments disclose to us.
Just as
in the human community
signs are used by men
to manifest their thoughts
and intentions
toward one another.
so God
uses these signs
to put beyond doubt
his affection for us.
No need to wonder
or fear
what God thinks of us,
he declares himself
through the sacraments.
